  • The refund request must include the order number, details of the issue, and any relevant evidence, such as screenshots or descriptions of the problem.
  • Our team will review the refund request and respond within 3 business days.

3. Refund Approval

  • If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed via the original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take 7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on their financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items are non-refundable, including:
    • Instant download items: Once the files are downloaded, refunds cannot be issued.
    • Items purchased using promotional discounts or during sales events.
    • Customized or personalized items.
